agreement, constituted both as an individual or company ("You")

below) (“this Agreement”), is between HONEY, all subsidiaries
of HONEY and any funds or bodies under the management or control

4288376. This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance
with English law. You and HONEY each submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising
out of this Agreement.
Browse at your own risk
You access and use the Website at your own risk. HONEY is not
responsible for any type of loss or damage which you may sustain
as a result of accessing and using the Website.
HONEY assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other
website to which the Website has links and if you access any such
linked website(s) you do so at your own risk and you are advised
to check the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of
such linked websites before using such websites. HONEY’s
inclusion of links to such websites does not imply any endorsement
or approval by HONEY of the materials on such websites and HONEY
will not have any liability in connection with any of them. HONEY
does not permit any third party to operate a link to the Website
without obtaining HONEY’s prior written consent by an authorised
officer of HONEY.

to HONEY. Unless HONEY explicitly states otherwise in writing,

by you to Honey where applicable. You shall not make any alterations

shall not change or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary

of the Website and the Contents, HONEY cannot guarantee that the

HONEY makes no warranty or representation that this will be the

materials downloaded from the Website and regularly check for
the presence of errors, viruses, bugs other malicious code, and

HONEY excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
laws all liability (other than liability for death or personal
injury caused by HONEY’s negligence) in connection with
any damage or loss caused by errors, viruses, bugs, other malicious

HONEY shall have the right to immediately terminate your use
of the Website if HONEY determines in their sole discretion that

deemed to accept such variations. You should visit this page periodically

In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid,

explains how HONEY uses any information you forward to HONEY and
how HONEY protects your privacy. If HONEY decides to change this
privacy policy, HONEY will post those changes on this Website
www.honeyrecords.co.uk ("the Website") so that you are
aware of what information HONEY collects through the Website (operated
by HONEY), how HONEY uses it and in what circumstances, under
what conditions and to whom HONEY discloses it.

When you contact HONEY through the Website for any reason HONEY

communications regarding HONEY and any business or individuals

Honey, its Artists, Musicians and contacts.
Unless you request otherwise the Information may also be retained
and used by HONEY for marketing any HONEY services, for sending
you any information relating to entertainment or business and
for administering promotional campaigns.
If at any time after you have submitted the Information and not
ticked the relevant box you no longer wish to receive marketing
information as detailed above please contact Matt Flynn as above.
No further action is necessary if you have already indicated to
HONEY that you do not want to receive such information.
Transfer of Information
Third parties will host and develop the Website on behalf of
HONEY and will therefore have access to the Information. Such
access will however be strictly controlled under a written contract
between HONEY and the relevant third party and the third party
will not be authorised to in any way use the Information for any
purpose other than carrying out their contractual obligations
to HONEY. For the avoidance of doubt, the third parties will not
be authorised to use the Information for any type of marketing
for their own purposes.
Other than as detailed above, HONEY will not disclose the Information
to any third party for any purpose without your consent unless
there is an emergency situation, which requires it, or HONEY is
required to do so by operation of law. HONEY reserves the right
to report any activity on the Website, which HONEY suspects violates
